PUR Insulated CO2 Storage Tanks are designed for the efficient storage of liquid carbon dioxide even in areas with high air temperatures and high humidity.

This type of tanks which are insulated by using polyurethane foam can be produced both horizontally and vertically. Double walled vacuum insulated liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks are insulated with high quality vacuum-perlite system.

Although it is a standard design used in cryogenic CO2 storage tanks, a new design can be prepared according to the required specifications for special applications and needs.

Cryogenic bulk liquid carbon dioxide tanks are designed using AD2000 and EN 13458 standards according to EC PED 97/23 / EC directive. ASME Section VIII Div 1 and other local pressure Industrial LPG Storage Tanks vessel standards are also available upon request.

This type of tank was developed with the wide spread use of the container in the seventies and eighties.

Cryogenic ISO Tank containers are designed as standard for 20ft and 40ft containers for safe storage and transportation of refrigerated and liquefied technical gases.

The tank containers we produce are suitable for road, rail transport and have ASME, US DOT, ADR, RID,IMO, CSC, UK DOT, UN portable tank T75 certificates.

Design approvals of tank containers vary depending on the working conditions of the containers and the country of use. Cryogenic transfer pump can be mounted to tank containers.

Cryogenic semi-trailers are designed taking into account the density of the gas to be transported in order to carry the maximum weight of cryogenic gases such as liquefied LIN, LOX, LAR, LCO2 and LNG.

Cryogenic stationary tanks are designed for long-term storage of cryogenic liquefied gases under pressure. The inner tanks of medium and high pressure liquid gas storage tanks are made of cold drawn austenitic stainless steel.

These cryogenic tanks, which can be produced vertically and horizontally, can be used for LIN , LOX , LAR , LNG , CO2 and N2O. The lifting lugs in the double-walled cryogenic storage tanks contain stainless steel rings. Special wedges are used to transport these tanks safely.

The high-quality vacuum-perlite isolation system ensures that maintenance costs are very low as long as cryogenic storage tanks are used, and provides high performance for liquefied gases to remain gasified for longer periods.

Although it is a standard design used in cryogenic fixed storage tanks, if you have a special application or need, a new design can be prepared exactly as you want.

Bulk liquid gas tanks are designed according to EC PED 97/23 / EC directive using AD2000 and EN 13458-2 standards. ASME Section VIII Div 1 and other local pressure vessel standards are also available upon request.

Evaporators are used with cryogenic tanks to evaporate other gaseous liquids such as carbon dioxide, N2 , O2 , Ar.

Ambient evaporators use heat from the atmosphere to vaporize the cryogenic liquid to meet the required energy required. Media-type evaporators represent equipment that re-gasifies or evaporates cryogenic liquids at the most cost-effective manner.

Ogesco manufactures tank pressurizers, low and high pressure evaporators with different capacities that can be used with any cryogenic tank model. High pressure natural draft evaporators are specially designed for high pressure gas applications including tube filling and laser applications.

Fuel tanks such as aboveground and underground storage tanks are produced considering the specific needs of our customers. Fuel storage tanks are mostly used as fuel system for diesel engines and power generation units.

Industrial LPG storage tanks are used in several different types of plants. Industrial storage tanks are used to meet the needs of organizations with high fuel consumption, or to meet the demand for large amounts of propane, butane and LPG from tube filling plants addressing a particular region.

Industrial storage tanks are also used in the main storage facilities where the gas used by mass housing and commercial consumers is shipped.
