Now the company has high voltage, EHV power cable, submarine cable, optical fiber composite submarine cable, submarine optical cable, dynamic cable and umbilical’s and other major key industries, and it is going forward towards the target in scale and leap-frog development at unprecedented speed. The company has being continued to introduce various kinds of talents. So the unique vertical lay-up machine with pay-off turntables in Asia combined with an armoring machine was developed and installed independently.
And the frame-type strandered (127 drums), CCV and VCV lines were imported from leading equipment manufacturers. Large capacity resonant voltage test equipment and HV PD test system were configured correspondingly. And MRP, were imported firstly in domestic wire & Information management systems, including OA, ERPcable industry.
Main management systems (7S, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSASI8001) and advanced international standards (IEC, AMD), were introduced at the same time. So the quality control mode, characterized by all participation, whole process, full performance, was implemented thoroughly.
